Here at Customer Street we pride oursleves on being able to put our customers in as strong a position as possible and to seize every opportuinty to drive buinsess to our customers. This is one of the things that we have become renowned for and we have never had a problem generating traffic to websites.
Sometimes however your CustomerStreet site may be getting plenty of hits and yet you feel it generates very little response. First and foremost, make sure you ask each and every customer how they found you! Obvious I know, but most people won’t tell you they have seen your website unless you ask them. Secondly look at the content on the site again. Add more content, change it regularly and make sure it gives the customer the incentive to give you a call.
How about adding extra pages? Simple to do but an effective way to make your webiste become your shop window. Other ideas you can try are an “About us” page or even a “Meet the Team” page. Each business has different needs but give it a try and you may just be surprised by the feedback you get.

Customer Street Contact details
If you have a customer street website but would prefer to only have telephone numbers as your method of being contacted instead of an email address you can opt to have the contact form and email address removed from your contact page and just have your telephone numbers showing instead, this can be done using the customer street site software and selecting ‘remove contact form’ or you can call the customer support team on 0845 338 0500 and we will be happy to do this for you.
