Customer Street - Uploading images to a Premium Design site

Occasionally some of our customers may have an issue with updating their gallery/product page on their CustomerStreet Premium Design website.

This is likely to be caused by the images being too large, the images must be no larger than 300×300 pixels or 256kb otherwise they will not load and will show a blank box or error message. Removing the UFindus / Customer Street tag on a Rapidsite
At the bottom of every Rapidsite is a link to a relevant UFindUs or Customer Street directory such as More UK or Smile Local.
