All Customers are provided with a customer control panel. The Control Panel log in details are provided in the your welcome pack.  The website address of the control panel is https://servicecentre.iomart.com

On the left hand side you need to insert your username and password ( these are both 8 digits long).

In the control panel you can do pretty much anything you need.

Download the software,
View your stats,
Edit the listing description,
Print your bills,
Manage your emails.

If you are wanting to transfer your domain name,you can save time by faxing us on 01524 529 057 on letter headed paper confirming that you are requesting to transfer your domain name and what domain name it is. Alternatively, if you wish to post a letter to Ufindus Ltd, Lancaster Business Park, Caton Road, Lancaster, LA1 3RQ. Including your Customer referrence number and a cheque for £17.63 inc VAT. In Both cases you will be contacted by a support agent to go through the details with you every step of the way.
