Customer Street Support

If you have downloaded the software for your Customer street or Ufindus website and receive the following error:

RapidSite.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Service Process ID = 0×32d0 Thread ID = 0×3344(13124)

This means It’s a run time error, It should ask you if you want to de bug, press yes to run it, this a windows error not a problem with the software.If you are still have this error click on the link here.
Scroll down to the table, you will need to delete and re install the software.

This is an issue which will only affect a very small number of Customer Street advertisers, but even so it is worthwhile mentioning.

The root of the problem is when the site was originally built not all the details were uploaded correctly.

As a resyult a corrupt file is created and this then means that the Rapid site cannot upload the program. Fortunately this problem is very simple to fix and although you won’t be able to rectify the problem yourself a quick call to our Customer Street and UFindUs Support Team will be all that is required.
